I got approved for 1000 but can’t use it

I called because i couldn't submit my payment using affirm. The rep i got was getting to verify my identity seethe couldn't understand NOTHING i was saying. Are kept putting me on hold and coming back w no results and kept asking me to repeat the sane thing. Like she didn't understand but all during our call she's dealing w her kids. PISSED ME OFF!!! When i asked to speak to a supervisor she kept on telling she could help just hold a few more seconds. PISSED then she hung up on me. EXTRA User's recommendation: After resulting yourself twice ask for another rep.
