Canceled the program but I received gallons of water and my card was charged

I canceled my services in April of 2021 and in June my card was charged twice and water was delivered to my home. I contacted customer service for a Refund and as of to date I have not received my second refund yet. Ive been told To contact another number and to provide my account number and take a picture of the charges which I think is totally wrong and invading my privacy. When you guys took the money you didnt need all Of that information. Totally inconvenient. User's recommendation: Close your card when you cancel your services or else you will have charges.
