So, I have been a customer for many years. I recently had to pause my deliveries due to job loss.. They have kept charging me for the last 4 months for the deliveries. And when I try and call them they now charge a whopping $4.99 to just talk to someone??? Who in the *** thought that a good idea??? I guess the long distance charges to India have gone up!!! RUN User's recommendation: RUN!!!!
