I changed to Humana Gold Plus (HMO) a several months ago. I changed from United Health. Now when I go to my spine management back doctor I have to pay $129 cash each visit. If I do not pay the cash they will not see me. The Coastal Spine and Pain Center is in Network with my plan but they will not take the insurance from Humana. I pay $129 each visit and I have had this back problem for over 5 years. User's recommendation: Find out why many groups will not accept Humana even though the group is offered in network.
