I only get a bill every other month from Columbia via email or mail, even tried to set up automatic payments using my checking account, but got a letter saying "no account found" even though i put in the exact same information for all of my other recurring bills, (granted those are fixed) which to be fair i should know better and check my balance on my own, but it has me wondering if its done intentionally in order to rack up more late charges, or if the company is simply incompetent, not sure which is worse to be honest, thankfully i only have to deal with this company for a few more months, by far the most disorganized group of misfits that I've ever dealt with regarding utilities
