My complaint is not about Costco thus far but rather the carrier who's delivering my product if you tell me at 8:15 that you're on your way 7 minutes away and by 9:00 you still haven't showed up and at 9:05 I get an email saying I missed my order delivery that makes me very upset especially since my original time frame for delivery was emailed to me the day prior that it would be here between 4:30 and 5:30 so I made sure I was home at 4:00 yes I'm very upset!!!
