I remember when a washer/dryer would last for 15 yrs before you even started to have a problem. My W1 lasted about 4 and now I think the transmission took a crap. Ive investigated online and all the troubleshooting points in that direction. Im not going to get a new transmission at close to 2 hundred not knowing how long the rest of the piece of sh t will last....... User's recommendation: Don’t buy.
