I bought a patio furniture from costo in Spartanburg Sc and paid full price for it without being told it was a floor sample with scratches and dents I would be getting.When I called to inform the Manager named Mitch who was very rude and who lied about the fact that I knew it was a floor sample and did not want to hear anything I had to say even The fact that when furniture was picked up they where missing a piece and was told it would be delivered but he insisted that floor samples where as is even though it said 5 pieces and I only received 4 User's recommendation: Be careful when you deal with Costco in Spartanburg and it’s rudeManagers.
