Complain of online order

ATTN: Supervisor,customer services Hi, My order no. is 42393****. On 3/26/2021 I ordered above order,but broken spring box found when the delivery man unloading from truck and they loaded all items to truck on 03/31/2021.And resolution team made reorder on 04/01/2021.But not delivery yet in spite of my fault. I think you should be delivery to customer the completed goods instead of the failty damaded goods,and if you as the like above case,you take action as soon as possible to make customer satisfied and logistics dep. must check before loading. Please take necessary action and reply to me,thank you.
