Billing and poor customer service

unacceptable.....worst customer service ever. i never authorized ANY REFRESHMENTS cosmetics and was charged 3 times 19.49 for something I never ordered. I have tried to reach you by phone and email to speak with someone about this issue but everything about Ipsy is totally automated. I want to speak with a manager, if there is one that's not some kind of robot. You state in your website that you believe in being positive and have good vibes towards people but you do not. its one-sided. only your way or the highway, and the customer is the one who suffers. I want some action, to you refund my account at least 1 charge of $19.40 User's recommendation: beware they will scam you.
