Issue with pitboss brunswick platium

Was preheating my Brunswick platinum smoker and about 4 minutes of heating it blew the doors open and a metal seal for between the doors blew completely off of the smoker. This smoker is not even 4 months old. This is my third vertical smoker from pitboss and have had nothing but trouble out of all of them
