Costumer service is good, products they sell not so much!second time I had a grill fire due to the quality of this product!Then they want me to trouble shoot the problem,what about the meat I am waisting because there grills don't work the way they gaurenty,house full of guests waiting to eat and there product fails! User's recommendation: Go with a different brand or cook with wood,you will be disappointed when you can't feed your guests!
