I joined it’s just lunch in July. The expectation was that I would get matched up with great people and that lunch dates would be set up in accordance with what I was interested in. I spent an hour and a half going through your questionnaire with the initial consultation. Total waste of time. A matchmaker got assigned to me and I spent another 45 minutes going through information that was already asked. At this point I should’ve realized that their communication would not be very good. My ”matchmaker” was to set up a lunch date and send me an option. The option was less than desirable and since I was running out of time I requested them to set up a lunch date. I received no response and after three attempts finally heard back that my “matchmaker“ was no longer with the company. This Communication happened the day before I was supposed to go on my lunch date. At this point I was super frustrated and decided that this was not going to work. I told him that I wanted to move on and to let me out of the contract and they did not. This is been a big waste of my time and resources and I just want to get refunded and move on. I would not recommend this company, their contracts are ridiculous and their customer service sucks
