Update by user Apr 13, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Mar 12, 2021 We rented a place thru them march 17 2019 for May 2019 COVID struck and we had to cancel. we rebooked for this May. My daughter in law passed away in Jan so I got a hold of turnkey and had to send in a death cert now we need to change reservation as her friends will not be going I didn't want to cancel just wanted to change to a smaller place. They will not let me change and if I cancel I will lose my deposit that they have had since 2019 I think the that they are being unreasonable We did not want her to die SO PISSED offnever User's recommendation: never would deal with them again.
