Order incorrect…

I have now wrote this 3 times...I am furious and very disappointed...I ordered 3 large cards with send to me in order to get spare envelopes...i know i ticked that box having been told in the passed i had not..1 spare enveloped arrived and 2 have not..I am a regular customer but if this cannot be resolved not any more..Mrs Doughty 9 Banbury Drive.Great Sankey Warrington WA51HW
