Imagine being so incompetent with courier work that the seller themselves have to call your order back just because they were taking too long If you're checking for reviews because they're assigned to handle your parcels. Please stay away from them. Pick another courier service, cancel your orders. Don't waste your time as many others did. They are not even that active on their social media lines as well as being unresponsive with their contact lines (Messenger, Twitter DMs, Hotline). And they also have this lack of tracking updates which makes checking on your parcels handled by them even worse. User's recommendation: Whatever you do don't let them handle your parcels, its a very unsatisfactory experience. A miracle if they can even complete it.
