Unemployment benefits

I am still not receiving my unemployment benefits. I have not been notified of why or if there is something else i need to do. I really need my benefits as my hours have been reduced because of covid everything was fine with my unemployment until i had to reapply because of my bye date. Please help don't know where to turn to next i call and call no answer
