wilmington ohio.... they don't apologize nor check up ...Roby Roberts needs to clean house. The in home delivery in oversize packages they won't honor it ...make excuses. They clearly are in for some lawsuits. The customer service is great and even complains how these guys are at the terminals. Lost a big package left it . Understand delays in shipping but this was just plain bad hire. Try to speak to them and they hang up argue. Instead of explaining. so sad. maybe they need to stick to crap work and not work with residential.
