Incompetent People and computer system

We use on line bill pay. We see our bill and pay it. Simple right? Well we paid a bill last month and the we get the confirmation its paid. We pay this months bill. Zero balance now. A few days later we get a letter from SCE that our check bounced and we owe for a past due bill. I get on the phone and get the stupid recorded choices. Finally a human. He says we bounced a check. I assure him we only pay online and how can we bounce a check. Oh he says maybe you didn't have enough money in your account. I assure him we always have enough when we pay online. He tells me people play games trying to stretch out there payment. Now its time for a supervisor. She says yes you paid but our system didn't credit it to your account. Sorry. 40 days to tell me your system made a mistake and only rude things to say. Sad company!!!
