1st representative was rude and couldn’t or chose not to understand and help me resolve my issue. I was cut off with warning and I kept hearing her say “Oh my God, My jabber button is unresponsive “. 2nd rep listen and was able to help me solve my problem. “Thank God I didn’t have didn’t have to deal with the 1st rep very much”. Wish I had a “You’re rude button” to send to her. Wish my company has stayed with Nyhart.
