Representative named Spencer stated she could only take a message and send it to the local dealer ....Even though I told her they don't answer their phones or return the numerous messages already left..My machine is completely out of salt and they haven't delivered salt in months, even though we still have to pay...Culligan is breaking a binding contract by not delivering salt at their scheduled day..Regardless if we are home or not..Put it on the porch...
