You will see on it almost all of the reviews. Tried to hit our credit card for an addtional $75.00 . We put a hold on our credit card and Freightquote would still try to hit the card usually after midnight every other night. Had to cancel credit card. Still they had nerve to try to collect by having a rep call. On Top of that they have now turned debt over to a third party collections agency. ALL for a $75.00 residential delivery fee that should have been collected at time of delivery not try to sneak a credit card charge on the shipper in the middle of the night. Crooked organization. DO NOT USE EVER!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT USE!!!!
