My mortgage with former fiancé was paid off by a line of credit in his name only. He defaulted on line of credit and PNC foreclosed on mortgage which was attached to me. Never appeared on my credit report. My current underwriter found mortgage as foreclosed against me. I have been trying to resolve this since 4/3. As of 4/30, I will lose $4600 deposit, house I am trying to purchase and my daughter , whose house closes 4/7, will be in a hotel at $100 per nite since this home was to be her new residence. Call after call after call and no answers. User's recommendation: Don't use this bank.
