I frequent Dunkin Donuts in 3 separate town local to me. Every time, aside from the times 2 specific employee are working at the Manchester NY location, my drinks are incorrect. Customer service is no help as they refuse to compensate me and tell me drinks are made per a certain "recipe". Yet daily my drinks look and taste different? User's recommendation: Beware going here. If you do not know the @ employees who take pride in their product, the drinks are hit and miss at best and the espresso machine is almost always down and they don't tell you when you order, they tell you at the pick up window.
