I really thought pissed was a typo. So I used the site anyway and they were very helpful. The area rugs I ordered did not have a tracking number. Its been a week since I ordered them. I just wanted to know if it shipped or not. I wasnt upset or angry or (pissed)!!! So weird I think. I really believe pier one should think of a better word than pissed! But maybe the orth customers prefer that word. Oh and believe me when I say I have been pissed but not over something as small as what I was asking.
