Update by user Jun 27, 2021 Haven't heard from stihl and don't expect to since they could care less, 5 stihls I've purchased, but not again Original review posted by user May 27, 2021 Bought a BG56c blower, 1st time using it, it did not seem to run at full throttle, went back to store and was told by mechanic with attitude that nothing was wrong with it and that Stihl didn't make as good as they use to, went to salesman purchased it from and he also said it is what it is, that Stihl just didn't make them like they use to, I just wonder what management of the company thinks of that, name does say steal... steal...Look somewhere else User's recommendation: LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR POWER EQUIPMENT.
