Dear Colourpop, I have written a dozen of request forms and no one ever came back to me in a week's time. The service is horrible! I recieved my package last week and I have ordered it before New Year. I received my order with three items missing ( BFF Liner- Wine Not, Gliterally Obsessed - Homecoming and Ultra Blotted Lip- Vitamin Sea). I am very dissatisfied with the service, it is a shame that it turned out like this. It is my first time ordering and although I am very satisfied with everything I ordered ( pigmentation/quality) the service just ruins everything for me. I am still waiting for a reply and I hope everything will be solved.
