My husband and I placed a curbside order at the Carytown location in Richmond, Virginia. Christina was very rude when she approached our vehicle and I called the Manager John the next day who was to call me back and he never did. I will never go back to that location. My pretzel bites were also burned. User's recommendation: Go where you are appreciated.
