I am a resident at Catalyst in Charlotte and when I arrived and parked my vehicle at the parking deck I observed two black ladies, one with spiked hair and the other with straight hair smoking marijuana. While normally I dont care however these ladies were dressed in Mellow Mushroom attire. I dont know what kind of staff they have working there but as a manager in my field, I felt it necessary to post that this illegal activity has no business at Catalyst where we try to keep our homes drug free. Certainly hope Mellow chooses their staff more carefully.
