Lower than poor customer service at .com side of Saks

If you hired people with IQs above 30, perhaps they would be able to comprehend questions/issues posed to them. I have never dealt with such stupid people in my life. Don't know what has happened to Saks, but the service has taken an extreme nose dive. Will shop at my local store, but never again online. Not worth my time or energy trying to get issues resolved and most frustrating is when I call customer service and get someone on the phone who doesn't even speak english! I'm done with the .com side of Saks. User's recommendation: WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.
