Have not received a refund since the 20th of may

My delivery never came to my home. After a long back and forward the store finally said they would issue a refund. This was 5/20/2021. The store manager Mike has not been helpful. Now when I call I get put on hold to never be helped. They tell me that they processed it but it has not. No institution takes 30 or more days to issue a refund. This location has messed up every order we have ordered. And they promise credits for food for their mistakes but never honor it. I k ow this is not how wingstop operates so this store and its staff need to be checked. This is theft. I need my refund for order #136983**** for order # User's recommendation: Do not order from this location. They never got my order correct and I've even not got an order and didn't receive a refund. I would tell them to don't waste their time at wingstop in Brookhaven Atlanta GA.
