I purchased an 5500 wattage Champion Generator that was to be electric start but after filling with gas and oil to try it won't start electrically. Charged battery and made sure plugged in and still no electric start and CABELA'S won't replace it because I put gas and oil in it to try out. How am I to know if it works if not trying out. CABELA'S won't stand behind their product. Told me to call CHAMPION but won't answer phone won,t answer their User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CABELA'S.
