Update by user Aug 11, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. GMC Chevrolet agreed to pay for the recommend fix to the rear axle as per their service bulletin. No more creak or tapping sound. Thank you. GM Bulletin: 16-NA-316 admitting cause. Question: why should customers have to pay for repair on preexisting conditions on vehicles.
