Poor service and no customer support

Received e-mails saying there was a problem with my bank renewing my annual subscription for Qobuz Sublime. I sent e-mail responses saying I don't remember which card I used last year but that I wanted to now use my AMEX card and gave them the card details (3 times in a week) I have now been cut-off from Hi Res streaming. No response to my e-mails and not possible to speak with anyone. THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE.
