I had SilverScript for a couple of years before it was acquired by Aetna and was satisfied with it. I made the mistake of "doing nothing" and renewing with SilverScript. The only medication I take is eye drops for glaucoma. Previously, the insurance paid anywhere from half to almost all of the drops I was prescribed. Aetna does not pay one cent for the two very expensive drops my doctor would like for me to take. User's recommendation: Avoid Aetna, carefully review their plans.
