We got an excellent customer service at the Silver Script billing department

The lady (I did not get her name, but I guess she had some French accent) was very helpful and particularly very kind. When she learnt that that day was my wife's birthday, she even sang "Happy Birthday" over the phone. And of course, she solved my issue and answered my all my questions. So, five stars for that. Regarding the actual Silver Script (Plan D) coverage, so far I am happy, one day I went CVS for a medicine but forgot my card, and they say it costs more than 300 dollars, so I came back with my card later and paid only 15. So, no complaints there either, at least so far (we are with them since Oct 2020).
