We have used the food processor approximately 6 times on our Ninja blender. Because we have had the entire system for less than 2 years, but MORE than 1 it is out of warranty. The food processor cup is cheaply made and although the rep saw exactly what I was talking about over video the only resolution was to pay more money for a new cup. This is unfortunate as this is the 2nd time Ive had to call about cheaply made accessories for this blender. Not satisfied with the this product or the service we have received. User's recommendation: I would not recommend this product.
