Can't get help and because of a requeirment for a Sentinel Key, I have lost access to a program which already has a security feature. s I can't get into the program or unzip files. My whole computer is locked because of Winzip and no one can figure out how to get rid of the Wizip and how to get me back into my compute, User's recommendation: Avoid this app at all costs.
