Cannot contact the company

I booked a flight to travel and needed to speak to customer service regarding the ability to rebook the flight or possibly receive a credit. However, when you call the US customer service number it immediately hangs up on you and its impossible to get in touch with anyone from this company once the flight is purchased. User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company.
