Very pissed about the disorganization they had in Tijuana.

On Saturday 8th of May we got there the 2 hours required...it took us those 2 hours to get to the checking desk. The reason was because Volaris only had 1 line to accommodate everyone. But the time we got to the checking desk they accuse us of been late, when it really was Volaris fault, we had to pay for another fly. Not fair. User's recommendation: None...we are very disappointed the way we were treated.
