I was told that if I paid a fee at the time of my ticket purchase and then needed to change it there would be NO charges for at least a year. Now that I needed to change it it's a whole different story with the airline asking for $212 for changes. This is after waiting on the first CS person to come back and verify my request for 76 minutes on hold and then calling back to another agent with my $212 'good news'! WOW User's recommendation: Use another airline!!!!!!
