Ticket reservations I have not received nothing

I made three airline tickets to for adults and one for a child I made them for leaving in July 25, 2021 Tijuana at 7:45 and arriving Culiacan Sinaloa at 10:47 AM then for August 1, 2021 leaving Culiacan Sinaloa at 4:48 PM and arriving at Tijuana at 5:52 PM I have not received any email with my tickets or any further information. I am requesting to have this flights canceled. Thank you. Best regards, Arturo Madueno, Karla Madueno and Robert Madueno
