My reservation got changed and services I paid for are not showing on the new flight.

We booked a family vacation through Volaris and paid for additional services, checked bags and seat assignment. Then When I was checking our reservation. Volaris had changed our flights, without notification. Plus they deleted they sear assignments we had selected and also the checked bags I had prepaid for as well. When we called they told us we would hav today again.
