On booking my holiday within an hour of booking I got an appt I have been waiting for I tried calling I was on the phone for 3 hours kept being passed from pillar to post still not resolved sent nume

After being passed from pillar to post within an hour of booking on the phone for 3 hours sent numerous emails non acknowledged non responded to so still no resolution to my problem I know want to cancel as I said in one of my ignored emails Where do I go for help User's recommendation: Keep well away from teletext holidays.
