My fallout 76 character is missing

my character is missing or has been deleted. I did not delete my character. I'm trying to figure out how to get my character restored, he is level 280 and his name is Raymond. I have spent a lot of time on this character as he is my only character I play on 76. i am a member of fallout 1st as well.
