I called twice, I sent my driver's license. I can't change my phone number. So I can't access my account. Well isn't it nice that Amazon has such a great sense of humor. Was not pissed today though!! I was really pissed when I called back after sending everything and the guy that answered started yelling at me telling me that I was not me and hung up on me. When I called back, I frig gen got him AGAIN! I told him to put the supervisor on. He pretended to and pushed a button on the phone a couple of times, all while User's recommendation: Don't Ever change your phone number, if you do cancel Prime.
