I miss my flight due to no fault of my own it was TSA. I stayed in the line two and a half hours waiting to be cleared. I miss my flight by about 10 minutes therefore I had to spend a whole night in the airport. I wanted a refund immediately to catch another flight out with Delta. it was very urgent that I got to where I was going the day before. however I did get there safe I'm grateful but it would be nice if you were to give me some flyer points. User's recommendation: 8.
