They advertise low rates, but then they nickel and dime you for everything that other airlines dont charge for to where it actually ends up costing you more. They use deceptive advertising tactics to draw you in and then start throwing the extras at you. I had to change my flight for 5 people and that was an absolute nightmare and extremely expensive. They attempt to charge for carry ons. Theyre using the current scamdemic as an excuse not to have a beverage service on the flights when we all know its a ploy to make an extra buck. I havent even boarded my flight yet and I have already figure out this is going to be a bad experience. I will not fly them again. User's recommendation: Anybody other than Frontier.
