Where my order!!!

I ordered pants over a week ago, and haven't even received conformation you got my order, other than you billed my VISA immediately!! Two of your representatives both told me "oh it's in the warehouse and will be sent out tomorrow". Not!! They said I can't cancel because it's already been processed. Pissed!! Terrable customer service!! User's recommendation: Stay away!!
