Ordered 4 pair of shoes, one pair actually showed up and then nothing on the other 3. Fed Ex shipping leaves a lot to be desired as well as their alert system. The second package has never scanned past the 24th of March 2021. Didn't want to refund the money until they had checked on the package, seriously! Customer service and their excuses. Finally got an email saying they had processed the refund and it will take 5-7 business days. Really didn't take you that long to charge my card. If a company can't ship reliably they can not compete. SMARTPOST is not reliable!!!!! Never again will I deal with this store no wonder they are filing bankruptcy! User's recommendation: Do not shop here and ship.
